I forgot my password/ reset password

If you can't login to the members site or have forgotten your password, follow these instructions to reset it.

STEP 1: Go to the members site login page.

STEP 2: Click on the "Forgot Password" link underneath the login form

STEP 3: Enter your username or email into the box provided.

After you enter your details a message will display telling you that you have successfully requested a password reset.

STEP 5: Check your email for an email from us (if you can't find it, remember to check your spam folder).

STEP 6: Click on the link inside the email to be taken to a reset password page.

Remember to click on the 'Update Password' button after you enter your password.

You will receive a message telling you your password has been reset successfully.

NOTE: Please do not reset your password more than once in an hour, as you may have difficulties logging in.

STEP 7: Return to the members site login page - where you can login with your new password.
