How am I billed for a meal plan subscription?

Monthly plans are billed on automatic subscription on the same day each month. When the bill is due, we will automatically charge the card or Paypal we have on file.

You can cancel your membership anytime from within your account page. You can view the date your payment is due from your account page.

Annual plans are billed on automatic subscription on the same day once per year. When the bill is due, we will automatically charge the card or Paypal we have on file.

We will send a reminder about one month before your membership fee for annual renewal is due. If you choose to, you can cancel your membership from within your account page. You can also view the date your payment is due from your account page.

NOTE: It is not our responsibility to manage your finances, so please be diligent about when your payments get debited, as we do not issue refunds once transactions are processed - as is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions that you agreed to when you sign up for any of our meal plan subscriptions.
